Government Approves Phase Two Expansion Plans

The Kyoga Marina has received government approval for its Phase Two expansion plans, paving the way for the next stage of the mega development. The approval covers the University Quarter, Business Hub, and the expansion of The Residences, adding approximately 3,000 additional residences to the masterplan.

Phase Two will also include the development of The Kyoga Marina's international school campus, healthcare center, and the expanded retail boulevard. The government approval reflects confidence in The Kyoga Marina's vision, governance framework, and economic contribution to the region.

With Phase One already well underway and the Marina District welcoming its first residents, the Phase Two approval ensures continuity of development and sustained momentum. Construction on Phase Two infrastructure is expected to commence in the coming months, with first handovers targeted for 2028.
