University Quarter: Campus Construction Begins

Construction has commenced on the University Quarter campus, marking the beginning of The Kyoga Marina's education precinct. The campus will include international school facilities, a university campus, research centers, and innovation hubs, creating a comprehensive education and research ecosystem within the development.

Site preparation and foundation works are underway for the first school buildings, with structural construction set to begin in the coming months. The campus design emphasizes collaborative learning spaces, with modern classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and sports facilities integrated with landscaped outdoor spaces.

The University Quarter is a key element of The Kyoga Marina's long-term vision, creating an educational destination that will attract students, researchers, and academics. The campus is expected to welcome its first students in 2029, aligning with the broader Phase Two development timeline.
