Phase One Progress: The Residences Take Shape

Phase One construction at The Residences is progressing rapidly, with structural frameworks now visible across multiple blocks. The district, which will comprise over 2,400 residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom penthouses, is taking shape ahead of schedule.

Construction teams have completed foundation works for all Phase One blocks and are now focused on vertical construction. The first residential blocks have reached their full height, with façade installation and interior fit-out commencing on lower floors. Smart infrastructure, including the building management systems and fiber networks, is being installed in parallel with structural works.

The Residences district remains on track for first handovers in 2028, with subsequent phases following in a planned sequence. The construction progress is visible from the site perimeter, and prospective buyers can arrange guided site tours through the sales team.
