Sky Tower: Structural Framework Reaches Floor 40

The structural framework of Sky Tower has reached its 40th floor, marking a significant milestone in the construction of The Kyoga Marina's most iconic building. The tower, which will be the tallest structure within the development, is rising at an impressive pace with floor plates being completed approximately every ten days.
Construction of Sky Tower utilizes advanced construction techniques, including high-strength concrete and modular façade components that accelerate the build while maintaining exceptional quality. The tower's design incorporates sky gardens at regular intervals, providing green spaces and communal areas at height.
With the framework at floor 40, the tower is now a visible landmark on the skyline, signaling The Kyoga Marina's presence from miles around. Construction will continue upward to the tower's full height, with façade installation and interior fit-out following the structural works. Completion is targeted for late 2028.
