Golf Estate: Course Shaping and Landscaping Underway

Construction of the championship golf course at the Golf Estate is advancing, with course shaping and landscaping now well underway. The 18-hole course, designed by renowned golf course architects, is taking form across the Estate, with fairways, greens, and bunkers being sculpted into the landscape.

Irrigation systems have been installed, and the first turf grass has been laid on several holes. The course design takes advantage of the natural topography, with elevation changes, water features, and strategic bunker placement creating a challenging and beautiful golfing experience.

The Golf Estate clubhouse is also under construction, with structural works progressing. When complete, the clubhouse will offer fine dining, a pro shop, locker rooms, and members' lounge. Course completion is targeted for 2027, with the first rounds expected to be played as Golf Estate residents take occupancy.
